Before

It was a joy to collaborate with a new Portland homeowner ready for a fresh start in their living room. Their request was clear: a calming, beautiful space woven with soft blues, yellows, and creams,

After

With ample natural light from new windows and a perfectly chosen white paint, the room felt instantly brighter and softer. We were fortunate that they already had some fantastic cane chairs and special travel mementos, which beautifully anchored our search for the perfect new couch, coffee table, lighting, and textiles to complete their serene sanctuary.

Before

Transforming a blank outdoor canvas can be both exciting and a bit daunting! This particular space, initially overwhelmed by leaves and dirt, presented an opportunity to create something truly special. My client envisioned a lush garden retreat with distinct seating areas, perfect for relaxing and entertaining friends and family.

After

Given our Pacific Northwest climate, a beautiful, waterproof covered pergola was essential for year-round enjoyment. We also designed a clever bench seat with integrated flower boxes, bringing the garden’s vibrant colors right into this inviting “indoor” outdoor room.

Project: Loma Linda

Roles: Design Consultation

Before

I was a consultant on a bathroom remodel for a client in Southern California.

After

I was there step-by-step to guide and assist them in selecting the perfect hardware, lighting, and finishes to achieve this spa-like bathroom oasis. Having someone to help narrow down the options can be very comforting in the process.

Project: Linden Phase I

Roles: Design, Sourcing

Before

My client was looking to update their amazing attic into a calming, meditative, and cozy space. The area was gigantic and had incredible beams and a pitched ceiling that people dream about having in their home. I focused on their primary sleeping area, meditation space, and a great nook for relaxing and listening to their incredible collection of vinyl.

After

The new vibe was inspired by Scandinavian influences, featuring new soft textiles, calming patterns, and pops of warm neutral colors throughout, while using some of their core furniture to save on cost. Even the smallest of budgets can make a big impact!

Before

The Linden owners were ready to transform their historic Craftsman’s living and dining rooms into a haven for friends and family. The original rooms, lacking functional seating, were not conducive to their passion for entertaining.

After

Our goal was to create a space that felt cozy and inviting—using natural fibers and warm-toned textiles—while highlighting the architectural details. We presented two distinct visions: a classic, traditional concept and a bolder scheme featuring vibrant jewel-toned accents in the parlor seating area, ensuring the final design perfectly reflected their lifestyle.

Before

The Magnolia project owner was ready for a big leap into their next remodeling phase – and it was truly transformative! What began as a kitchen refresh quickly evolved into a complete redesign of the home’s front, involving significant structural changes like removing walls.

After

Our mission was to thoughtfully select every design element, ensuring the space became uniquely theirs: highly functional, a beautiful nod to mid-century aesthetics, and ultimately, a welcoming home. We crafted a cozy dining nook, a spacious kitchen island perfect for gathering, and introduced a stylish mid-century slatted wall to gracefully separate the living and cooking/dining areas.

Before

The Cubberlys wanted their primary bedroom to feel like a true retreat—cozy, relaxing, and a place to unwind. We’re bringing their vision to life with organic, natural tones and splashes of serene blue. I love creating a special nook where they can curl up with a book and a blanket.

Before

They also had a dilemma: How to make their office also function as a guest room for visiting family without feeling cluttered? My solution: Let’s turn their oversized closet with French doors into a chic, hidden Murphy bed! With plenty of other storage in the house, this keeps the room a professional office 99% of the time, and a welcoming guest space whenever needed. To pull it all together, we’d be adding some beautiful wallpaper and updated lighting.

Before

This family has envisioned an oasis built around natural stone, luxury, and rich color. I consulted and designed a sophisticated bathroom by incorporating a cohesive palette of natural tile and accents of deep, rich blue.

Before

To elevate the experience, we incorporated comfort-focused features, including heated floors (they had been dreaming of these for a long time) and premium waterfall shower heads with body jets. The major challenge was a small footprint, which we solved by creating a sleek wet room. Removing the dividing wall and installing a clear glass enclosure, we instantly modernized the room, delivering a significantly larger, more open, and seamless space.
